Who we are. The Legacy Loop is a brand of Evergreen Court Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). You can reach us at hello@ourlegacyloop.com.
What we collect.
- Your email address, when you choose to sign up for the free calculator's one-page plan, another free guide or download, or our emails. Collected through our email provider, Brevo, using double opt-in.
- Purchase information, when you buy a course. Checkout and payments are handled by Payhip and its payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Limited order information, if you buy a product through a third-party marketplace such as Etsy. Your purchase there is handled under that marketplace's own privacy policy, and we receive only the order details they pass along to us.
- Basic, privacy-friendly usage data through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
The compound interest calculator runs in your browser to show your results. We only receive an email address if you choose to enter one to get the one-page plan.
How we use it. To send the free resource you requested and any emails you opted into, to deliver and support the courses you purchase, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it.
Email. We send email through Brevo. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Brevo also records basic engagement, like whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, so we can see in aggregate what is useful.
Payments. Checkout is processed by Payhip and Stripe under Evergreen Court Ventures LLC. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell data about you.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above (Brevo, Payhip, Stripe, Cloudflare) to operate the site and fulfill what you asked for, and where required by law. If you buy through a third-party marketplace such as Etsy, that purchase is handled under the marketplace's own privacy policy, and we only receive the limited order information they pass along.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from email at any time. You can email hello@ourlegacyloop.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion.
How long we keep it. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep basic purchase records for as long as we need them for tax and business records.
Your privacy rights. If you live in some US states, such as California, you may have extra rights over your personal information. Just email hello@ourlegacyloop.com and we will help.
Where your data is handled. We are based in the United States and process your information here, and some of our providers (such as Brevo) may process it elsewhere. If you use the site from outside the US, you understand your information is handled in the US and by those providers.
If you are in the EU or UK. We are a US-based business and we do not target the EU or UK. Still, if you are located there and have bought a product or joined our email list, you can email hello@ourlegacyloop.com to ask what we hold about you, to get a copy, or to have it deleted, and we will honor that. Our email provider, Brevo, is EU-based and may process your data on servers in the EU.
Children. This site and these courses are intended for adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes. We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
